Do you have a free tier?+
No. We tried the freemium model in 2022. It produced a worse product because our best engineering time went into convincing people to upgrade rather than into the app itself. The 7-day trial is our free tier — full app, no restrictions, no card asked for.
Can I import data from another app?+
Yes, from Strong, Hevy, RepCount, and the older Anvil v3 export format. CSV imports work for any app that exports to that format. The importer runs during onboarding and takes about 90 seconds for a decade of logs.
What happens to my data if I cancel?+
Your account is set to read-only for 90 days, during which you can export everything. After 90 days it's deleted. We do not retain data for people who have left.
Do you sell my data?+
No. Not aggregated, not anonymised, not to anyone. We make money from subscriptions. That's the entire commercial model. See the privacy policy for the specific commitments.
Do you offer refunds?+
Yes. If you cancel within 30 days of first payment, email us and we'll refund the full amount. After 30 days, annual plans are refunded prorated for unused months.
Is there a family plan?+
Not yet. It's on the roadmap for early 2027. If you have a specific use case, email us and we'll add you to the wait-list.
